selevene is a fitness and plant based lifestyle blog focused on vegan nutrition, sustainable training, and long term personal growth. I created this space to explore the connection between physical strength, conscious eating, and a balanced approach to health.

This blog was born from my own journey of trying to live healthier, feel stronger, and make choices that support both physical well being and mindful living. Over time, fitness and plant based nutrition stopped being just habits for me and became a lifestyle I genuinely enjoy and believe in.
